Strawberry Doughnuts

Recipe

50g dates (½ cup)

100g brazil nuts (1 cup)

150g organic rolled oats (1-5 cups)

50g strawberries fresh or frozen

4 tbsp strawberry whey

50g coconut oil (4tbsp)

1tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp Himalayan pink salt (sea salt)

For Icing Glaze:

60g strawberries fresh/frozen

1 tbsp strawberry whey

20g cacao butter/refined coconut oil

15g maple syrup (1tbsp)
