Ingredients:
- 3 scoops of Protelicious True Chocolate
- 1 can (440 ml) of full fat organic coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of raw cashew nuts soaked for 4 hours then drained
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- Himalayan salt
- Fresh vanilla or pure vanilla flavouring
- 1 ripe banana
Directions:
- If the coconut milk separates into cream and liquid, drain out at least half of the watery part of the coconut milk. If it doesn't separate, use all of the contents.
- Put the Protelicious Whey Protein Concentrate with all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until very smooth.
- Pour the resulting mixture (after slight flavor adjusting if necessary) into a metal muffin tin. Freeze in the muffin tin for individual portions.
