What does True Original taste like?
Mild and creamy, with no added flavour. No fillers, no chalky aftertaste. It works in coffee, breakfast and recipes without changing how they taste.
How much protein is in a scoop?
True Original has 20g of protein per scoop. True Chocolate and True Strawberry have 17g per scoop. Every 1 lb bag holds 18 servings.
How does the subscription work?
Choose monthly or every two months at checkout. Monthly saves 15% on your first delivery and 10% on every delivery after; every two months saves 10% then 8%. Change your delivery date, pause or cancel at any time from your account.
Is it low in lactose?
Yes. Less than 2g of lactose per serving. It contains milk, so anyone with a milk allergy should read the full label before use.
