  • 4 scoops of Gourmet Whey Protein - True Original
  • 800g Pumpkin
  • Oregano
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  1. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and place on a baking sheet. Add a drizzle of olive oil, oregano, garlic and salt on the pieces.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  3. When well roasted, leave to cool.
  4. Then blend in a blender with 4 scoops of Protelicious True Original
  5. Serve in bowls with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
