Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops of Protelicious True Chocolate
  • 1 can (440 ml) of full fat organic coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of raw cashew nuts soaked for 4 hours then drained
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • Himalayan salt
  • Fresh vanilla or pure vanilla flavouring
  • 1 ripe banana

Directions:

  1. If the coconut milk separates into cream and liquid, drain out at least half of the watery part of the coconut milk. If it doesn't separate, use all of the contents.
  2. Put the Protelicious Whey Protein Concentrate with all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture (after slight flavor adjusting if necessary) into a metal muffin tin. Freeze in the muffin tin for individual portions.
