Every ingredient earns its place

We start from the question most brands skip: why this ingredient at all? Here's what goes into Protelicious — and the reason behind each choice.

French whey protein from A2 cows

Whey, from cows that graze the Alps

Our protein starts with pasture-raised French Alpine cows that naturally produce A2/A2 Milk. Sourced for the quality of the herd and the land, not the lowest price per kilo.

Inulin

A prebiotic fibre, from chicory root

In PARAD·ICE we use inulin — a plant fibre from chicory root — to build body and texture the way sugar normally would, while feeding the good bacteria in your gut rather than spiking your blood sugar.

Allulose

Sweetness, without the sugar

Allulose is a rare sugar found in nature in figs and raisins. It tastes and behaves like sugar in the kitchen, but carries virtually no calories and doesn't raise blood glucose — which is how we get to zero added sugar without artificial sweeteners.

Real fruit & real flavour

Strawberries, not "strawberry flavour"

Where a flavour calls for strawberry, we reach for real strawberries — no artificial flavours, no additives, nothing you'd need a chemistry degree to read. A short, honest label is the whole point.

Clean label, minimal ingredients

If it's on the list, it's there for a reason

Three ingredients in the whey. No fillers, no gums you can't pronounce, nothing added to pad the macros. Sourcing is the product.
