This is real ice cream, made with milk and cream, with extra milk protein. Customers eat it after yoga or the gym, as a dessert at night, and as an after-school snack. One told us: "You wouldn't know it was high protein."
True Deep Chocolate has 28g of protein per pint. True Madagascar Vanilla and True Velvety Strawberry have 27g. The protein comes from milk protein concentrate, so the base stays milk and cream. It is protein that supports healthy blood sugar.
Every pint has zero added sugar. Allulose and monk fruit extract give the sweetness. The ingredient list has no erythritol or maltitol. Milk, cream and fruit carry their own natural sugar, so the label says zero added sugar.
Flavor comes first. True Deep Chocolate is made with Valrhona chocolate. True Madagascar Vanilla uses real Madagascar vanilla, seeds included. True Velvety Strawberry uses organic Oregon strawberries.
