- 1 shot of espresso (or 2 ounces of strongly brewed coffee)
- 1 scoop of Parad'Ice True Madagascar Vanilla ice cream
- Optional toppings: cocoa powder, chocolate shavings or caramel sauce
- Brew a shot of espresso. If you don't have an espresso machine, you can use a French press to make a strong coffee instead.
