it’s the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth

When my kids come home from school, they are always looking for something sweet and I struggle to find something that satisfies their need for sweet that is also healthy. They devour the ice cream and are always asking for more. I feel good knowing that their snack is delicious and healthy at the same time.

After a couple of hours of hockey this is a great desert after lunch. A smooth texture and robust flavour combined with not having a “heavy” feeling makes it the perfect end to a healthy lunch. Thanks Parad’Ice.

At almost 69 years old, I do power yoga 4-5 times per week. I recently have a new teacher who teaches a very intense power class that I was finding more difficult to do than I used to. I started giving myself a treat of some Parad’ice after my yoga class and I am now finding the classes easier than I used to. It’s all about muscle…and it tastes wonderful!

I'm not a fan of ice cream in general, but Proteilicious is the exception. It is flavorful but light, the texture is pleasant, and I can eat a bunch without feeling guilty (or bloated!) - I can't recommend it enough.
