I'm not a fan of ice cream in general, but Proteilicious is the exception. It is flavorful but light, the texture is pleasant, and I can eat a bunch without feeling guilty (or bloated!) - I can't recommend it enough.

When it first arrived the product was super hard and was still quite firm after an hour at ambient. After about a week in the freezer it thaws more quickly. Once soft it has a great rate and texture and you wouldn’t know it was high protein.
