Ingredients
4 strawberries (for the instant jam)
150g Greek yogurt
30g Strawberry serum*
20g Honey glazed almond**
5g monk fruit
15g desiccated coconut
23g gourmet Whey Protein True Strawberry

 

Directions
• Bake 1 strawberry for 10 minutes at 170 degrees celsius on a baking pa-
per or silicone mat. Once done, store it in the fridge until use.

• Combine using a hand mixer the yogurt, monk fruit, strawberry serum* and the Protelicious True Strawberry.
• Place mixture in a bowl and add on the top some desiccated coconut, a few honey glazed almonds* and the baked strawberry
* strawberry serum: slowly cook the leftover strawberries using a bain marie. Cover with film to keep the steam inside. After 3 hours take the juice without the fruit and heat the liquid till half of it evaporates.
** honey glazed almonds: warm 50g of honey with 25g of water. Dip the almonds in the mixture, then place in the oven for 12 minutes at 170 de-
grees celsius.
